"Hi. So we wanted to leave our story and let you know how invaluable Sally's guidance has been to us. We've got a beautiful 15-month-old pup that's full of energy. And unfortunately, several different trainers since we first got her are two months old. Scarily, every trainer always seems to be very sure of themselves. And worse, we were taught to do the very things which brought out the worst in her. And I only wish every dog owner would receive the wisdom of Sally's methods so that all dogs out there would be much happier dogs. Sadly, there is a huge amount of misinformation out there on what a dog needs, and I truly wish I'd found Sally right at the outset when we first collected our puppy and were seeking out puppy training. We've had several trainers who taught us to use bribery through treats and other incorrect methods. Over time, we knew this wasn't working, so we'd try a different trainer, but nothing ever really changed. When we finally met Sally, her methods gave us instant confidence as we saw our puppy's behaviour change in less than 24 hours. Her methods are different to anything we'd come across before, and it was truly remarkable to see Sally's ability to look at our dog and then give us advice and tools that enabled us to fulfil the needs of our dog, which ultimately is dog owners.
We have a responsibility to our dogs. And so it's important we understand their needs, which Sally clearly has an innate talent for. We realised our puppy was resource-guarding, and sadly, the myths around socialising dogs with any old dog out and about can inadvertently lead to insecure and anxious dogs. So when our excitable dog jumped up at strangers and they encouraged it, that's just not very helpful around children or the elderly or indeed adults who might not be so comfortable around dogs. And so things were feeling pretty hopeless until we met Sally. She taught us all we needed to know in order to understand all the bad habits that we'd been taught by previous trainers, and then implement and consolidate a whole new approach which has worked like a dream. I think it's so important that we, as dog owners, learn what our dogs need so that they can rely on us to protect them. Sally's got a real flair for translating the dog world into human language, and she taught us to be pack leaders for our dog, and indeed, which any dog naturally craves. I think Sally's exceptionally gifted in reading and understanding dog behaviour, and clearly passionate about her work, enabling owners to incorporate the pack mentality that dogs naturally crave from their origins in the into everyday domestic life at home.
You can rely on her to always give open and honest advice with you and your dog's best interests in mind. The guidance is always explained in a way which is easy to understand, and Sally truly holds your hand throughout the process. She's so very supportive, and I cannot recommend her highly enough to all dog owners, whether new or experienced or whether your dog acts up regularly, occasionally or never. I consider it would be a tragedy if all dog owners didn't learn the benefits of Sally's approach, which ultimately establishes happy, confident dogs following their equally happy, confident, and knowledgeable leaders.
