You have opened ours eyes into their world. The hours we spent with you were truly amazing and we are now achieving results. The moment you stepped into the house we all felt at ease and had total control and trust over our dog, it was incredible. Sally led us in the right direction. Sally's approach to the programme is on point, understanding the psychology of dogs and teaching them the right way. It’s so sad to see so many people getting this wrong and not understanding their own dogs or not getting the right advice.

It was a real pleasure to see Sally at work with her dog. She gave us a demonstration, was amazing, she had complete control over him and you could see how much the dog trusted her, bearing in mind he was originally a very troubled and disrupted dog. He followed her every move.
