Cooper the Labradoodle

We are a family of three, two adults and one child, and new to puppy ownership, so want to get this right first time. Although the puppy settled into his new home quickly, within the first two weeks he started to display behaviours that concerned me – barking to be fed and at visitors to our house; nervous of passing people when out walking; pulling on the lead and nipping – some of which started to resurface my childhood fears of dogs.

Fortunately, I stumbled across Sally’s website and gave her a call and she has now introduced us to a puppy training regime which includes some fantastic techniques which are easy to put into practice and enables us to be the leaders of the pack not the puppy. If only we knew how important it is to get this right from day one before bad habits form. We are now on the road to recovery and making good progress to having a well behaved dog and happy owners.
