Louis the Cockapoo

Louis the Cockapoo

We bought Louis our 10 week Cockapoo home in October and my intention was to ensure he would be a well behaved, trained dog, however that was easier said than done! Louis was almost too adorable and ended up ruling the roost, biting the backs of our legs and I wasn't convinced that I had real control over him in particular coming back to us when we were out and he was off the lead. We met Sally by accident on the downs and I was amazed at how well trained her two Alsatians dogs were. So I asked Sally to come and help us with Louis. Sally initially came to the house where she spent 3 hours with myself, my two children and Louis and it was as my son rightly said 'amazing' , Louis was like a completely different dog around Sally, he was calm and submissive. During those 3 hours Sally trained me and my two children on how to establish control and deal with his biting.

I then met Sally again for another few hours and we took Louis out for a walk, she gave me tips on how to lead walk, ensure I was the pack leader and ensure he would come back to me when called.

I have found Sally's training invaluable and it has enabled us all as a family to be consistent with Louis which means he doesn't get mixed messages and as a result I think his training has been more successful. Both my children are confident when taking Louis out and letting him off the lead and I have to say we are all really enjoying him because we know how to manage him, Louis is also a loving, sociable and confident dog.

I would really recommend Sally, she is highly experienced and her training methods really work!
