It was a great experience to meet you on Friday, both personally and professionally.

Just a note to say how much we appreciated your input and advice. Your approach to dog behaviour and training were insightful and thought provoking. We are already seeing marked improvements in Mabel’s behaviour around the house, and significantly when in her crate at night.

We are working on her ‘on lead’ behaviours.

Our behaviour too has changed to meet her, not our, expectations!
