Margot the Jug

Margot is a willful and confident little 10 month old madam, who had us eating out of her paws in no time and quickly took charge. This led to dominant behaviour including pulling, running off on walks and aggressions such as barking in the house and at passing cars. Sally helped us see very clearly where this behaviour stems from, where things have gone wrong, and within moments of us implementing her ground rules and calm assertive methods we began to see a very different dog - a calmer, quieter and more submissive dog. Whilst we have had to go all the way back to step one, we are so grateful to have found Sally and have learnt a lot from her in a short space of time. We can't recommend her enough, and wish that all people getting new dogs had someone as fantastic as Sally to set them on the right path from day one!
