Lola the short haired German Pointer

Lola the short haired German Pointer

Last year we engaged Sally's services to train our short haired German Pointer, Lola. Lola is a joy but needed a bit of Sally's input!

All went extremely well and we were pleased as punch with the results. Then in the summer off we went to France for three months with Lola and our two cats. So far, so good, until Lola decided when we got there, no way was she sleeping in the kitchen! She had other plans, namely to sleep upstairs. So she hatched her plan. She would, and did, escape from the kitchen and presented herself upstairs in our bedroom. So back downstairs she went, was locked in the kitchen and then the fun started. She howled, barked, cried, launched herself at the door, scratched the paint off the door handle and this went on literally all night. We got no sleep. The next morning the first thing we did was to make a frantic call Sally. HELP we said.

We have friends visiting in five days time and none of us will be sleeping! Sally was marvellous. She calmed us down, gave us sensible advice, which included Lola stays in the kitchen at night whatever happens. We stuck to her plan, made a few more panic phone calls to her, had a couple more sleepless nights and by the time our friends arrived, Lola was sleeping soundly and peacefully in the kitchen. Sally definitely saved our bacon. She really knows what she is doing.

Thank you Sally
