Jackson the Pointer

Once we decided to buy our new puppy, Jackson, we did some research and really liked Sally's website and her approach to dog training. We have now had Jackson for three weeks and all is going really well as we all get to know each other.

I am so pleased that we have had advice from Sally from before picking the puppy up, getting the house and pen ready, getting the appropriate bones, getting his food. There was so much that Sally has really got us off to a great start, teaching the whole family how to be with Jackson.

With Sally's guidance and watching the fantastic way she interacts with our puppy, we have progressed through specific commands and avoided setting up problems or bad habits before they start. And when we have had questions, for example, what to do when our puppy jumped out of his pen on the second night home, we were able to contact Sally for advice we acted upon immediately.

To be honest, we'd be completely lost without having Sally's advice and she has always been available to help as needed. This has been invaluable, making us feel that we weren't doing this alone in having Sally's vast knowledge and experience with us.

I certainly recommend all puppy owners get Sally in to give the entire family the best start.
