Harry the Cavapoo

Once we decided that it was the right time to have a puppy we felt we needed some puppy training. We had a dog previously and there were several things that we never really managed to train her to do as well as we would have liked, so decided this time we would seek advice from the beginning. We have four children in our home aged two to eleven so felt it was imperative for puppy and children that we got it right from the start.

We are really pleased that we had Sally out to us. She visited prior to us picking Harry up and talked us through the correct crate and bones for him - it was a surprise that we were not buying all the toys and treats on sale in the pet shops, but once Sally explained why not it made prefect sense! We also talked about how to 'be' with him from the beginning. Sally then visited again after we had brought him home so we could go over the first training.

It has been really helpful to see Sally with Harry. We look forward to working with Sally again when Harry is ready for the next stage off training.

We recommend anyone thinking about a puppy have advice from Sally at the beginning. We as a family feel much more confident that we will be able to train Harry into being a well behaved dog who will be a joy to own.
