Sasha the Staffie

My goodness - I cannot believe how different it has been since you walked through our door yesterday afternoon. With a new puppy arriving in just a few weeks time we needed help with our eight year old staffie. The time you spent explaining why and how things could be different made perfect sense but you certainly turned our world upside down (and Sasha's) - we are now beginning to treat our dog as she needs to be treated.

Meeting Sasha wasn't easy and the more she barked and growled the more uncomfortable I became. But you stood your ground so patiently and calmly.

The lessons we learnt in correcting unwanted behaviour has been brilliant - I know we are only just starting out on this journey and need to practice what you have shown us, but today has been so peaceful - not one bark at the television and no barking at the window!

The turnaround in such a short space of time has been amazing. Sasha is currently asleep in her bed and we have the sofas to ourselves - so thank you,
