There is no doubt in my mind that Sally has been blessed with this unique gift of talking to the animals. She is a joy to work with and it is a privilege to be in her company. Sally is an inspiration. My parents and I are looking forward very much to the next visit and to continue our learning to be the 'pack leader'.
After the first session many of our bad habits were corrected and Heidi responded amazingly - no further over-enthusiastic greeting of visitors, no pulling on the lead and happy to walk where we wished to go.
